What is Area 57?

Area 57 is the working name for a project created by NFT industry veterans and enthusiasts to further education about digital art. We expect this name to change over the next few months. For now it sounds like a secret bunker and we love it.

Why is our first NFT called irony?

We believe NFTs are a natural extension of collectibles. We also believe many people really do love them, once they understand.

Why are NFTs so popular?

NFTs provide a wide number of benefits to multiple groups but most importantly, NFTs provide an accelerated pathway for artists to share their talent globally at a fraction of the cost associated with physical methods.
